The Internal Sales Team (VID) ensures that all customer orders are processed efficiently, transparently, and on time. As the central point of contact, the Internal Sales Team provides clear information on orders, backorders, and delivery dates.

To strengthen our team, we’re looking for you: a dedicated, communicative, and entrepreneurial individual to join us as a Sales Support Specialist (with potential to lead the VID) at Thömus AG.

Your Responsibilities – You Make a Difference:

• You ensure transparency regarding all open orders, backlogs, and delivery dates
• You communicate about availability, delays, and their causes, and look for solutions when necessary
• You manage the orders
• You coordinate and assign tasks (purchasing/production/logistics and product management) and follow up as needed to ensure they are completed
• You manage KPIs

You serve as the central point of contact for sales, production, and purchasing

Your Profile – What You Bring to the Table:

• You have completed a business apprenticeship or an apprenticeship in retail
• You have experience in internal sales (possibly already in a management role)
• You are fluent in spoken and written German and have knowledge of French (knowledge of English is a plus)
• You are proficient in using MS Office and ERP programs
• As a communicative person, you bring team spirit, initiative, and a commitment to quality.
• You are resilient and have a customer-oriented and independent work style
• Knowledge of the bicycle industry is a plus
• Potential to take over the management of VID
