Our mission is clear. We’re the smart choice for sports and the outdoors. We’ve been on the move for nearly 80 years—physically, entrepreneurially, and together. Rooted in the Appenzell region, with nine stores in Eastern Switzerland and an online presence throughout Switzerland.

At Zubi, you’ll work where genuine advice matters. Where we don’t just sell anything—we recommend exactly what’s right for you. We’re looking for people who think proactively, drive change, and roll up their sleeves. We are Zubi. We are the smart choice.

Your Mission

You’ll get our bike shop up and running. Together with your team, you’ll get every bike ready for the road, the trail, and the next adventure. You’ll lead your team with passion and expertise, roll up your sleeves and pitch in yourself, and ensure that quality, service, and genuine enthusiasm are evident in everything we do. You’ll enjoy sharing your knowledge and guiding our apprentice on their journey to becoming tomorrow’s bike pro.
