individual to join us immediately or at a mutually agreed-upon time as a

Workshop Manager (Full-Time)

Your responsibilities:

• Managing and organizing the workshop
• Coordinating and planning repair and service orders
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Providing technical support to the workshop team
• Actively participating in workshop operations
• Responsibility for quality and meeting deadlines
• Customer service and sales
• Administrative tasks and order processing

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a bicycle mechanic or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience, ideally with leadership experience
• Independent, organized, and reliable work style
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility
• Good command of German
• Category B driver’s license is a plus
• Passion for bikes
