History is being made at the 22nd edition of the Absa Cape Epic: Matt Beers and Tristan Nortje have become the first all-South African team to win the legendary stage race. After several second-place finishes, South African Candice Lill also claims her first victory, alongside her Swiss teammate Alessandra Keller. The race is marked by strong newcomers as well as notable withdrawals.

The 2026 racing season is just around the corner, and Bixs is realigning its teams. With a new name, an optimized structure, and clear competitive goals, the Bixs Race Team is kicking off the new season. The team, which competed under the name Bixs Performance Race Team until 2025, will now unite the three disciplines of cross-country, enduro, and gravel under one roof.

With E-Enduro World Champion Adrien Dailly, the Moustache SR Suntour Team is adding a high-profile rider to its roster for the 2026 season. Alongside Rémy Absalon and Emeric Ienzer, the new addition is set to reinforce the team’s ambitions in the most important international E-Enduro races.

The Škoda Swiss Bike Cup 2026 kicked off with the Tamaro Trophy. On the technically demanding course at Monte Ceneri, Mathias Flückiger and Ronja Blöchlinger secured commanding victories in the elite races. Blöchlinger finished ahead of Nicole Koller and Martina Berta, while Flückiger finished ahead of Finn Treudler and Fabio Püntener. The race victories in the UCI Junior Series went to Anja Grossmann and Noa Tessier.
