At the "particle accelerator", all kinds of bike enthusiasts come together in search of very specific spare parts that are otherwise difficult to find. This event is perfect for this, as the tables are lined with meters and meters of bikes and parts - some used, some from old stocks and still shiny as new. Everything you could possibly need at the start of the cycling season can be found here. And at prices that are not outrageous anyway and are also a matter of negotiation.

The "Bikelovers Contest", which takes place as part of the "Particle Accelerator" and is aimed at tinkerers, hobbyists and DIY enthusiasts, has also become a tradition. This year, the motto of the competition is "under power": the hottest self-built or converted electric bikes are being sought. All submitted bikes will be exhibited during the "particle accelerator" and judged by a panel of experts, followed by the award ceremony for the best works after 2 p.m.
