Bike Kingdom has been conducting the annual survey for five years. It gives the operators important insights into what guests like and don't like. Concrete measures have been implemented from past surveys, such as optimizing the functions in the Bike Kingdom app, building new features in the bike park and gathering important insights into lift transport, to ensure that Bike Kingdom knows where to improve in the future. And this will also be rewarded. Two Bike Kingdom season passes for the 2025 summer season will be raffled off among all participants.
