The partnership between Bold Cycles from Biel/Bienne and Team Helveti'Cup has developed not least due to a shared philosophy and common values.
"Since the beginning of the Helveti'Cup, the aim of the race series has been to provide riders with the best local trails for race day. Our stages demand a lot from the riders, both technically and physically. Our motivation is to offer the riders maximum fun and a challenging challenge on race day. We want to have a great time with friends and compete at the same time. With a good partner at our side, we can take the events, which are basically organized on a voluntary basis, to a new level. As a Swiss manufacturer, Bold Cycles is a perfect fit for us," says Frédéric Blaser, President of the Enduro Helveti'Cup. Bold Cycles also operates in precisely this niche with its products and builds high-quality bikes from AllMountain to Enduro.

The partners want to continue the proven and successful formats from previous years in the new season: the good mix between a real racing atmosphere with trails at a very high level and a relaxed experience among friends will once again be the focus in 2019. The race program for the BOLD Enduro Helveti'Cup 2019 also features a number of innovations. First and foremost, the Swiss Enduro Championship will now be held on one race day during the Helveti'Cup. The race for the Enduro Swiss Champs jersey will take place on July 20, 2019 in Zinal (Valais). For the annual overall standings of the BOLD Enduro Helveti'Cup, the points system will remain the same, with only the best results being counted. This has proved to be very popular with the riders. This means that even those who are unable to take part in one or two of the races can be among the front runners.

The racing events in detail

The BOLD Enduro Helveti'cup 2019 includes a total of 6 racing events:
It starts with the ChauXmont Super D in Hauterive (Neuchâtel) on June 22, where the racers will be really challenged for the first time, especially with the pursuit mode in the famous last stage.
The Swiss champion(s) will be crowned on July 20 at the du RockTheBesso in Zinal, and we are looking forward to some good title fights.
The following race will take place in Valais again on August 24 with the Enduro du Val d'Illiez as part of the Bike & Sound Festival.
At the l'EquinoXX Enduro Bike on August 31, the challenges of the Jura limestone cliffs around Delémont await the racers. The race is a classic and is taking place for the 9th time.
Back on alpine terrain, the La Chablais race follows on September 14 in the region of the same name, with its fantastic trails.
The race in La Trentàl will conclude the 2019 BOLD Enduro Helveti'cup. A good opportunity to review the season together. We will choose the overall winner of the season. This will be the festive finale of the BOLD Enduro Helveti'Cup 2019.

Registration

Registration for the individual races will open at the season kick-off event on March 29/30, 2019 at Bold Cycles in Biel. The starting signal is Friday, 18:00. Five starting places can be won at the event itself with a little skill. The riders will therefore be challenged for the first time.
