With the redesign of the store in Davos, Odlo is presenting its new store design concept for the first time in Switzerland. The existing 140 square meter store was completely redesigned according to the new specifications.

Odlo sportswear is sold in over twenty countries worldwide. Today, the company is headquartered in Hünenberg in the canton of Zug, but the company has Norwegian roots. In November 2011, the first Odlo Brand Store opened in Oslo.

The bikewear and sports textiles specialist Odlo is on course for expansion: the Swiss company with Norwegian roots will significantly expand its warehouse capacities in Germany and its production capacities in Romania.

Many a slicker or biker still remembers the "Toni Rominger Edition" from functional clothing manufacturer Odlo. Then the bike department of the sports underwear specialist went quiet. Now the company, based in Hünenberg in the canton of Zug, is back with functional cycling clothing.

In the run-up to the ISPO trade fair in Munich, which is important for the sporting goods industry, information has leaked out that the Norwegian-Swiss sports tailor ODLO will be withdrawing from the bikewear sector. The company will continue to offer functional underwear for bikers. However, the reorientation is likely to mean the end for the bike collections, which have been developed in recent years with the help of professionals such as Thomas Frischknecht and Thomas Hochstrasser. The ODLO management is planning a press release for next week.

After the first industry rumors, it is now definite: Odlo is withdrawing from cycling as of 2005. This does not affect the production of cycling-specific underwear, which is being further developed and produced. Andi Stettler, who was responsible for the cycling sector, is affected by this decision. He will return to self-employment on April 1.
