Cube Actionteam starts 2023 season with new rider

The Cube Actionteam has signed Nathan Secondi for the next two years. The native Frenchman with Corsican roots completes the team for the 2023 season together with Veronika Sepp, Hanna Steinthaler, Jonas Goeweil and Gusti Wildhaber. The entry of Warner Bros. Discovery as a media partner and the integration of the former Enduro World Series into the UCI racing calendar as the Enduro World Cup will provide a new and larger platform for the growing sport of enduro racing.

"With one of the best-known professional enduro teams in the world, I get the support I've always wanted. Thanks to the innovative full-suspension technology of the Cube bikes, I always have the right bike for every terrain and trail to ride at the front. I'll be at my first training camp with the team in just a few days and I'm already looking forward to it," says the Frenchman.

After the joint training camp, Nathan Secondi will set off for Tasmania (Australia) to take part in the first two races of the UCI Mountain Bike Enduro World Cup. This will be followed by races in Leogang (Austria), Canazei (Italy) and Finale Ligure (Italy) together with his teammates.

"In Nathan, we have brought in a super fast rider who has a bright future in enduro racing. Thanks to the TV broadcast, he will be in the spotlight along with the other team riders. Nathan's riding technique is made for the fast technical enduro race tracks and he can certainly give his team colleagues valuable tips," says Team Manager Claus Wachsmann.

The other team riders are also heading into the coming season with clear objectives. After winning the Trophy of Nations with Team Germany, Veronika Sepp now wants to prove herself in the Enduro World Cup. Austrian national enduro champion Hanna Steinthaler is also planning to make a name for herself internationally in 2023. After a lengthy injury, Jonas Goeweil is back in action and wants to achieve top placings. Veteran Gusti Wildhaber also wants to return to his old form after an injury break. Together with newcomer Nathan, the riders are preparing for the season at the first team camp.
