Eurobike 2012: Alpina provides fashionable protection and a clear view

Alpina has not reinvented head protection for bikes or cycling goggles. But with the Pheox L.E. helmet and Twist Four goggles, they have created an ensemble that looks great and has a lot to offer in terms of technology.

Alpinas new Pheox L.E. helmet uses the new twin-shell technology. A second ceramic structure integrated under the upper shell is designed to give the helmet additional reinforcement. In addition to the sporty exterior and the twenty ventilation openings, the protector offers the new size adjustment system Run-System Ergo Pro.

Automatic tinting
The new Twist Four 2.0 VL+ goggles are a good match for the helmet above. The nose bike not only looks good, but also has a lot of technology inside. The full-rim goggles are particularly recommended for all-mountain adventures where it can get hot: the lenses are equipped with an anti-fog coating and offer automatic lens tinting. In terms of weight, the goggles are light: only 26 grams on the nose.
