The brand has only been around for a few years, but now they have already signed one of the fastest downhillers. Frenchman Fabian Barel, multiple world champion and only beaten by Sam Hill at this year's world championships, is switching from the Kona brand to Mondraker for the coming season. Barel will be the key performer of a new racing team, which is primarily supported by the car company Subaru.
