The Swiss Bike Cup, the talent factory of Swiss mountain biking, and Proffix Software AG are extending their partnership.

The MONDRAKER ENDURO TEAM mountain bike fun race in the Graubünden destination of Davos Klosters will take place for the fifth time from September 2 to 4, 2021 and has established itself accordingly: The event was completely sold out within just four days, with 70 teams still on the waiting list. It is one of the rare enduro races for teams in Europe and is accordingly well received in the international mountain bike scene. For the 450 lucky participants, the first-class trails of the Davos Klosters region and the camaraderie are the main focus. This is also reflected in the fact that around 40% of the riders do not ride in teams of two, but in the open FUN TEAM category of 3 to 6 people, which was only launched last year.

Gorgeous weather, a great atmosphere and, above all, a large portion of trail fun were on offer to the teams taking part in the fifth Hörnli Trailjagd in Arosa. From August 20-22, over 50 teams battled it out in the Bear Mountains with endurance, brains, riding technique and a good sense of direction to win Arosa's most famous fun race.

At the third edition of the Swiss Epic in Graubünden, Switzerland's Ariane Lüthi and South Africa's Robyn de Groot take overall victory. Lukas Flückiger and Nicola Rohrbach do the same in the men's race. They win four, Lüthi and de Groot five of the five stages with finishes in St. Moritz, Valposchiavo and Davos.

Swiss Cycling's line-up for the Mountain Bike World Championships in Val di Sole, Italy (August 25-29) includes 35 athletes from the cross-country discipline and 9 from the downhill category. World Championship medals in short track will be awarded for the first time in Trentino - the premiere will take place on August 26.

New Zealander Sam Gaze takes victory in the sprint at the Proffix Swiss Bike Cup in Basel. Lars Forster and Jordan Sarrou take the honors. In the women's race, Austria's Laura Stigger took victory ahead of Linda Indergand and Rebecca McConnell.

The premiere of the Swiss Enduro Series took place last weekend. With four varied stages and over 1000 meters of altitude, the racers had to give their all. Andreané Lanthier Nadeau from Canada, who even postponed her flight to Europe for the race in Lenzerheide and traveled directly to the race, won the women's elite category. In the men's category, Jonas Bernet celebrated his first victory in an enduro race with a very consistent race run. He finished all stages in the top three.
