Focus awarded for the Raven

In addition to the new "Thunder" and "Project" bikes with plenty of suspension travel, Focus also shines with its "Raven" hardtail. The heavily revised "Raven Extreme" was presented with a gold award at Eurobike. The completely new frame boasts several features. Internally routed cables, brake mount on the chainstay and comfort flex seat stays for the necessary seating comfort.

The internally routed cables give the Raven a tidy appearance and are certainly the most eye-catching feature of the new frame. The inside of the cable ducts is Teflon-coated, making it very easy to insert the cables. Focus thus guides all cables directly to their destination without any detours, which should also bring another improvement in terms of shifting accuracy. The cable ducts on the outside and the resulting design have the positive side effect of making the frame even stiffer.

The bike weighs 8.4 kilograms in the top version "Raven Extreme" with the Sram XX complete equipment (size M).
