The main frame, the suspension linkage and the rear triangle of the "FSL 1.0" are made of carbon. As with the "First", the shock runs into the top tube. In contrast to the "First", however, the basis of the new bike is not a four-bar linkage, but a multi-supported single-bar kinematic system. Together with the tapered head tube and the press-fit bottom bracket, this ensures good stiffness values and plenty of propulsion. The frame design is simple and well thought out. The internally routed cables ensure a tidy look and, thanks to access via the side facing away from the drivetrain, all bearing points can be easily serviced and adjusted.
