Flyer riders who have owned a bike since model year 2003 and have registered their vehicle are also retroactively entitled to the 10-year warranty on frame breakage. The warranty is also transferable and not just limited to the first owner.

Flyer offers a 5-year warranty on material defects for the motor, its control unit and the display. The battery comes with a 2-year warranty on 60 percent of the nominal capacity. For all other parts and equipment components, the statutory warranty period applies, but at least a period of two years.
