At the Downhill World Cup Final in Lake Placid, Australian Luke Meyer-Smith wins, just as he did last year. Andi Kolb (AUT) finishes second, and Lachlan Stevens McNab third. Eighth place was enough for Asa Vermette to secure his overall title. The American is now the youngest overall World Cup champion since Nicolas “E.T.” Vouilloz. In the women’s race, Lisa Bouladou claimed her first World Cup victory, ahead of Vali Höll and Tahnee Seagrave. Höll once again won the overall title.

Dust, high speeds, and decisions right down to the final run: The iXS Downhill Cup season finale took place in Bellwald with over 370 riders. Nicolas Baechler and Gianna Nef secured Swiss victories on the day, while Lino Neumann and Hanna Blochberger claimed the overall titles. Jules Troillet rounded out the Swiss men’s podium in third place.

The final race of the Swiss Enduro Series in the Saas Valley features a showdown between Nick Beer and Urien Minuty. Both win two stages each, but Beer loses less time on the remaining stages and thus wins the final. In the women’s race, a Ticino showdown takes place between Claudia Grassi and Franca Rudolf, with Grassi coming out on top.
