New names for familiar models

Complex article names are a thing of the past. In future, all products will be clearly classified according to
performance level: SLR Boost Kit Carbonio Superflow will become SLR Carbon, SLR Boost 3D Kit Carbonio Superflow will become SLR 3D Carbon and SLR Boost 3D TI 316 Superflow will become SLR 3D Elite.
