The American sportswear company "Pearl Izumi" is being bought by Nautilus. For 74 million dollars, Pearl, which is extremely successful in the bike clothing sector, among others, is going to the large company, which is primarily active in the fitness and health sector and already owns brands such as Nautilus, Bowflex, Schwinn Fitness, Stairmaster and Trimline.
For the time being, nothing will change at the headquarters in Bouldcer, Colorado, or in the sales structures. It can be assumed that Pearl will continue to operate independently and autonomously.
