The Spanish BMX pro Courage Adams keeps returning to his old home country Nigeria and inspires the BMX scene in the largest city, Lagos. Now he is building the country's first skate park with her and a little help from the USA and the UK. The film shows that it's about more than just BMX riding.

Brandon Semenuk started his mountain biking career at the age of just six, with cross-country and later four-cross. As a teenager, he then switched to freestyle, a destiny that eventually brought him success at international level. Semenuk feels just as at home riding downhill as he does riding tricks.
