Keegan Swenson remains the man to beat at the legendary Leadville Trail 100. The American beat Matthew Wilson in a sprint finish to claim his sixth consecutive victory at the legendary mountain bike race in Colorado. In the women’s race, Melisa Rollins capped off her comeback from injury with her second win in Leadville.

Red Bull Rampage will celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2026 and will bring the world’s best female freeriders to Utah for the third time. Twelve riders will take on the desert’s mighty rock faces on October 8. The lineup includes defending champion Robin Goomes, familiar Rampage faces, and some of the most exciting names from the new generation of freeriders. On the men’s side, defending champion Hayden Zablotny will face off against Rampage greats like Cam Zink and four newcomers.

The National Park Bike Marathon is set to hold its 25th edition. Five routes, ranging up to 141 kilometers in length, take participants through the Engadin mountains. Due to construction work, the route in S-chanf has been adjusted, and there are also restrictions on the Flüela Pass. Registration at a discounted rate is available through August 20.

The Kopřivná Bike Park in the Czech Republic became a gathering place for young downhill riders for a weekend. First, the VPACE Kids Cup made its debut with 58 children, and then the older talents competed for the best times at the Rookies Cup. Natural trails, jumps, and side events provided plenty of racing and action.

Italians Gloria Scarsi and Loris Revelli are the new European downhill champions. Revelli won by 1.71 seconds ahead of his compatriot Stefano Introzzi and Britain’s Dom Platt. In the women’s race, Scarsi edged out her compatriot Veronika Widmann by just under two seconds, while Amelia Dudek of Poland took bronze. Defending champion Lisa Baumann (CH) chose not to compete.  

The Enduro World Cup finale in Morillon delivers a major upset: Adrien Dailly wins the race and overtakes overall leader Lief Rodgers. In the women’s race, Morgane Charre claims a home victory, while Ella Conolly defends her overall title. The final results were also decided in the junior category. Switzerland’s Urien Minuty and Germany’s Peter Fuchs put in strong performances, finishing in the top 15, while Fuchs’s compatriot Helen Weber was on course for victory until the very end but then dropped back to third place after a crash.
