A double World Cup, that's what's left of the 2020 racing season "thanks" to Covid19. The World Cup season starts on Tuesday, September 27 in Nove Mesto and ends on Sunday, October 4. Double World Cup means that two short track and two cross-country races will be held - without spectators, which was planned differently until recently.

The International Cycling Union (UCI) has entrusted Valais with the organization of the combined UCI Mountain Bike World Championships 2025, which will take place in September 2025. The mountain bikers didn't let the coronavirus protective measures or the cold and damp autumn weather spoil their racing mood. 443 mostly young riders demonstrated their stamina, riding technique and sporting spirit at the EKZ Cup in Uster. Line Burquier and Andrin Gees are the winners of the elite category.
