The slim, outer shell of the Tectal trail & enduro helmet consists of a PC unibody construction - inspired by the Octal road bike helmet - which reinforces the entire structure of the helmet. Together with the EPS lining and the additional aramid inlays, the Tectal provides extremely secure head protection. Compared to the fit of conventional helmets, it also closes far down at the back. The large ventilation openings throughout the helmet are striking and significantly increase breathability and comfort. The fit can be quickly adjusted using the easy size adjustment system. The integrated Recco® system - similar to the avalanche rescue system in winter - enables the biker to be located quickly in the event of a serious fall. The Tectal is available in a standard and a race version, which has a higher proportion of aramid fibers and is therefore even more resistant.
