Polar Flow users can now link their Flow account in the web service with Strava. From then on, all new training sessions will be automatically synchronized with Strava. Existing training data can also be transferred from Polar Flow to Strava using the export function. Users can make their privacy settings in Flow and these will also be transferred to Strava.

The ability to automatically sync with Strava is available for all Polar Flow-compatible products, but users of Polar products with GPS such as the Polar V800 GPS and M400 GPS sports watches and Polar V650 GPS and M450 GPS bike computers will benefit most from this integration.
The Polar Flow app and web service provide in-depth analysis of daily, weekly and monthly activity. The Polar Flow web service also shows a detailed overview of personal fitness and the training diary, which helps athletes track their progress in a modern visual style. If you train with a coach, you can also give them access to your account through Polar Flow for Coach to connect with them, share training data with them to get even more training support and direct feedback.
