Ritchey offers an extensive range of high-quality wheels

New for the 2012 season, mountain bike pioneer Ritchey is offering the "WCS Vantage II Carbon 29", a high-end carbon disc brake wheelset in a 29-inch version. Thanks to a 26.5mm wide carbon monocoque rim, the handmade wheels - despite their lightweight construction - can also cope with wide tires and rough terrain.

The "tubeless ready" wheels are made with cold-forged WCS Centerlock hubs, with SKF industrial bearings, a 6-pawl freehub and 28 DT spokes. When looking at the scales, a 26-inch wheelset can be assumed, as the stiff 29er wheelset only weighs 1537 grams in total.
