The PD-EH510 combines the proven SPD click system on one side with a stable platform on the other. Cyclists can switch between efficient clicking and binding-free pedaling depending on the surface, footwear or personal preference. The platform measures 111 by 96 millimetres and, in conjunction with eight pins on each side, offers a secure hold and good grip.

Rugged design for everyday use and the trail

The pedal body is made of textured synthetic resin, which absorbs abrasion and stone chips during daily use. A flat profile improves ground clearance in tight bends and technical passages. The plain bearing construction is designed for a long service life and low maintenance.

Adapted to different areas of use

Shimano is positioning the PD-EH510 as a versatile solution for different riding styles. It is suitable for commuting to work as well as for tours on gravel paths or first off-road excursions. According to the manufacturer, the pedal is compatible with its own GF, EX and ET shoe series.

Flexibility without commitment

With the hybrid approach, Shimano wants to eliminate the separation between clipless and platform pedals. The PD-EH510 offers control and efficiency as well as freedom of movement and safety.
