At the 25th Marlene Südtirol Sunshine Race in Nals, Laura Stigger (AUT) and Mathias Flückiger (SUI) dominated the elite races. Stigger won ahead of Alessandra Keller and Nina Graf, while Flückiger relegated his teammate Lars Forster and fellow Swiss rider Fabio Püntener to second and third place. In the U23 categories, Austria’s Katrin Embacher and Denmark’s Nikolaj Hougs triumphed. Anja Grossmann (SUI) and Giovanni Bosio (ITA) won the U19 races.

At the Utopia Gravel Fest, which wound through the Gorafe Desert and the Sierra de Baza, former cross-country specialist David Valero took the win ahead of his former rival Nino Schurter. Third place went to another legend, former road pro Alejandro Valverde. In the women’s division, the victory in the 165-kilometer race went to Switzerland’s Olivia Hottinger. In the 110-kilometer race, Marco Fontana, another former mountain bike star, took the win.

The kids' race at the Enduro Team in Davos, which made its successful debut in 2022, will return for the 2026 event. The Kids Race will take place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at the same time as the adult race. Registration is now open.

At the opening round of the 2026 iXS European Downhill Cup in Santiago de Besteiros, Portugal, Britain’s Jordan Williams took the win ahead of Max Hartenstern (GER) and Finn Iles (CAN). In the women’s race, New Zealand’s Jenna Hastings claimed victory ahead of Siel Van der Velden (BEL) and Eleonora Farina (ITA). In the U19 race, Switzerland’s Gianna Nef surprised everyone with her victory over world champion Rosa Zierl and Lina Frener (both AT). In the men’s U19 race, Finland’s Kasper Hickman was the fastest, with Noé Forlin (CH) and Sacha Brizin (FR) taking second and third place.
