With a backpack full of racing experience, Ines Thoma will be showing advanced female mountain bikers tips and tricks on the trail during the five-day bike workshop in Lenzerheide from October 9 to 13, 2023. The experience is complemented by yoga sessions, with a choice of single, double or four-bed rooms for overnight stays at Valbella-Lenzerheide Youth Hostel.
