Trek-Villiger streamlines the program

Bike giant Trek is streamlining its product range: Tigra production is being discontinued, Klein bikes are no longer coming to Europe and Villiger is becoming the exclusive brand for Switzerland. With the changes to the product range, Trek wants to optimize work in its own operations and simplify cooperation with retail partners.

Bike traditionalists will miss the Klein brand the most. The management of the Trek Group has decided to no longer officially import the upcoming 2006 model range to Europe. The brand has also been cut back in the USA: - Only two road bike models and one bike hardtail, each with several equipment variants, still make up the Klein range.
