TSG Tahoe Cap: Hard shell, soft core

Thanks to the attached plastic cap, the new knee pad from TSG protects against hard surfaces in the event of a fall. Underneath is the familiar D30 technology to cushion the impact. The "Tahoe Cap" is specially cut for uphill sections.

The Tahoe Cap knee pad comes in the proven design and is additionally equipped with a stable knee shell, which is seamlessly connected to the knee pad by injection molding. TSG is one of the only companies to use this special production process.

In the event of a fall, the Tahoe Cap glides effortlessly over rocky ground thanks to the hard shell, thus reducing the impact on the knee joint. The D3O padding under the shell absorbs most of the impact energy. Thanks to the horseshoe construction, the Tahoe sits securely on the knee, while a Velcro fastener and silicone straps on the waistband prevent the protector from slipping. On the back of the knee, the protector is equipped with a lightweight mesh construction, which improves comfort while pedaling.
