Valterbimania Sports regrets not being able to organize the 2020 Swiss Championships in Montsevelier, Jura. The coronavirus emergency has not stopped at the "Bike Marathon Classics" mountain bike marathon race series. After the opening race at the Ortler Bike Marathon, the second race at the BergiBike in Bulle has now also been canceled. The Swiss Marathon Championships, which should have been held at BergiBike, will have to be rescheduled.

After the definitive cancellation of the Cross-Country World Championships in Albstadt, the UCI announced that Saalfelden/Leogang will host the event. This means that the Austrian region will now host a triple event with pump track and downhill plus cross country. The date is set for October 9 to 11, 2020.
