The 22nd edition spoke French in the men's race, the winner of the hard-fought elite race was Joshua Dubau (Rockrider Racing Team), who finished alone, as did the women's winner Giada Specia (Wilier Pirelli Factory Team). Gabriel Borre from the Aosta Valley and Katrin Embacher from Austria were victorious in the juniors instead.

Bex Baraona and Richie Rude land a double victory for the Yeti team at the second race of the UCI Mountain Bike Enduro World Cup in Derby, Tasmania. Baraona, who won three stages, was joined on the podium by Harriet Harnden and Ella Conolly. Rude also won three stages in the men's race. Second and third place went to Slawomir Lukasik (POL) and Jesse Melamed (CAN).

"Nicolai Racing fueled by Fidlock" is the name of the new enduro racing team from German frame manufacturer Nicolai. The small but mighty team includes Lena Arndt, Marvin Kaufmann and Tim Schüz.
