Ride Camp Barcelona – Costa Brava

Barcelona is not only an international tourist magnet but also a singletrail hotspot. Right on the outskirts of the city, there is a network of trails that is second to none. These flowing trails are all fun and form the basis for the many tour options at the Ride Camp. Some of the tours are located just outside the city - they are easy to reach by suburban train. The city of Barcelona also has a very dense network of cycle paths away from the city traffic. These are a carefree way to get to the trails or the S-Bahn station.

The camp's hotel base is the extraordinary Casa Camper right in the center of Barcelona. From here, the old town with its countless high-quality restaurants is within walking distance. The MTB tours to the single trails can also be started directly from the hotel.

You can travel to Barcelona individually. There are numerous flights to Barcelona from all conceivable European airports. The connection to the city and directly to the hotel is by metro (station "Universitat"), bike transport is easily possible. Individual arrival is on Thursday evening. If you still want to visit tourist attractions, ideally you should arrive on Thursday morning and use the day of arrival for sightseeing. The individual return journey takes place on Sunday evening - after the bike tour, quickly return to the hotel for a shower, then take the subway to the airport and back home. Each participant books their own flight to and from Barcelona.

Note: E-bikes cannot be transported by plane. There is an option for rental bikes in Barcelona: terrabiketours.com. Ride recommends bringing your own bike in a flight bag.

By the way: If at all possible, we combine the camp with a visit to a home game of FC Barcelona. When this camp was planned, the Spanish league fixture list was not yet finalized.
