The fantastic route up the Croix de Javerne in Lower Valais brings perspectives virtually on a par with Mont Blanc opposite. The same applies to the Roche Parstire, but on the other, southern side of the highest peak in the Alps. The legendary Kreten Trail is one of the best trails France has to offer. There are also great views on the three-day hut tour in the Upper Engadine. Here it is the Bernina massif that serves as an impressive backdrop.

For this, Ride traveled to Albania on a trail mission for the May issue and came home with an extraordinary photo story. However, Ride N°90 also includes extensive background reports.
