Your responsibilities include:

Receiving and processing bicycle maintenance and repair orders.

Diagnosing issues during bicycle maintenance.

Performing repairs and maintenance on bicycles.

Assembling new bicycles, performing final inspections, and preparing them for delivery to customers.

Advising customers.

You bring the following:

Bicycle mechanic EFZ certification or equivalent qualification.

Fluent German.

Knowledge of English is not required but is a plus.

At least 3 years of experience in a bicycle shop.

A passion for cycling, bicycles, and repairing bicycles.

You’re up to date on the latest high-end components and bicycle brands.

You enjoy helping out with in-store events and group rides.

You are outgoing and service-oriented.
