Your responsibilities:

• Repairs of e-bikes, mountain bikes, city bikes, touring bikes, road bikes, and cargo bikes
• Accepting repair and service orders, customer contact
• Advising customers and selling bicycles in our large store
• Advising and assisting customers via phone, email, and our online store
• if interested: Brand support, bicycle sales

What you bring to the table:

• You’re a bike or e-bike enthusiast through and through and share our passion for bike tours, everyday mobility, biking, road cycling, or gravel riding
• Training or extensive experience in the bicycle industry is a plus
• You’re outgoing, have a knack for sales, and are willing to go the extra mile for cycling
