Bicycle Mechanic EFZ, 80–100%

Your Profile

• Completed training as a bicycle mechanic (EFZ) or equivalent vocational training
• Solid practical knowledge of bicycles and related accessories
• Attention to detail and a passion for tinkering
• You take on responsibility with enthusiasm
• Experience with e-bikes, specifically Stromer, is a plus
• Willingness to work on Saturdays and a high degree of independence
• Work and cost estimates must be thoroughly documented

Your Responsibilities:

• Workshop & Service: Independently performing inspection, repair, and assembly work on mountain bikes, gravel bikes, road bikes, and e-bikes. Experience with e-bikes is a plus.  
• Independent service intake—we work according to the All Ride Service Standard, certified by the 2 Rad Verband
• Customer & Supplier Contact: Friendly, professional handling of customer jobs, as well as direct communication with suppliers regarding spare part orders and warranty claims.
• Accurate Documentation: Complete and clear recording of workshop orders and work performed in the ERP system.
• Organization: Actively helping to maintain a tidy, structured, and efficient workshop environment.
• Workload: 80–100%
