Hostettler Veloland GmbH is a bicycle experience center spanning approximately 400 m². Well-known and established bicycle brands such as BIXS, Amflow, Tour de Suisse, and Mustang are part of the product lineup, as are renowned accessory and apparel brands that cater to every customer’s needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing technical guidance and support to employees in the bicycle repair shop
• Receiving, coordinating, and overseeing all repair and service orders
• Actively participating in and providing technical support for complex repair and service work
• Supervising and training our EFZ-certified apprentice bicycle mechanics as the designated vocational trainer
• Preparing cost estimates and handling invoicing
• Planning, coordinating, and prioritizing incoming workshop orders
• Actively shaping and continuously optimizing workshop processes and procedures
• Ensuring that machinery and tools are ready for use, including organizing and supervising maintenance work
• Responsibility for inventory management, as well as processing and coordinating material orders

Your Profile

• Completed training as a bicycle mechanic (EFZ)
• Several years of professional experience in the bicycle industry, ideally with some leadership experience
• Enjoyment of leading, mentoring, and developing employees, as well as training apprentices
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clear overview even in hectic situations
• Strong sense of quality and responsibility
• Good communication skills and a passion for customer interaction
• Ability to work in a team, commitment, and a high degree of initiative
