YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product Line & Private Label: You’ll manage the entire cycling apparel product line and further develop our private label collection in terms of design, functionality, and positioning.
• Market & Trends: You identify relevant developments in the cycling and apparel markets and translate these into attractive product line concepts.
• Suppliers & Purchasing: You will maintain and develop relationships with national and international suppliers and negotiate prices and terms.
• Profitability & Data: You’ll manage your product line using relevant key performance indicators and ensure the quality of product master data and high-quality imagery.
• Collaboration & Training: You work closely with Sales, E-Commerce, and Marketing, and share your in-depth product knowledge through training sessions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience: You have experience in product management, category management, or purchasing, ideally from the sports, cycling, or apparel industry.
• Passion: You are a passionate cyclist yourself and have a genuine feel for cuts, fabrics, texture, and aesthetics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: You take initiative, have a knack for numbers, and make well-informed decisions regarding the product lineup.
• Digital & Team-Oriented: You work in a structured manner, are digitally savvy, and have a strong hands-on approach.
• Languages: You are fluent in German and English.
