For our IT department, we are looking for a:

ICT SUPPORTER / SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR, to start immediately or by agreement; 80–100%

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• System Administration & Support: Providing first-level support to employees on hardware and software issues, as well as managing user accounts and permissions (Active Directory, cloud services, Google Workspace) in close collaboration with your teammate.
• Network & Infrastructure: Monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the IT infrastructure, servers, and network systems in collaboration with external IT partners.
• Procurement & Life Cycle Management: Evaluation, procurement, setup, and rollout of hardware (laptops, mobile devices, peripherals), as well as license management.
• Security & Training: Raising employee awareness of IT security and training new employees on the systems.

• Projects & Collaboration: Participating in IT projects and promoting and optimizing digital collaboration with Google Workspace.

   

YOUR PROFILE

• Education & Experience: Completed basic training as an ICT Specialist or Computer Scientist (EFZ) with at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable environment.
• Expertise: Solid knowledge in the support field (client/server architectures, Windows), as well as experience with Google Workspace and network fundamentals (preferred).
• Professional Development: A passion for continuous professional development (e.g., ongoing or planned training toward the Swiss Federal Certificate in ICT Platform Development Specialist).
• Work Style & Soft Skills: A service-oriented, solution-oriented, and independent individual with strong communication skills who remains calm under pressure.
