The terms of the program are simple: in the unlikely event that a customer damages their Bontrager carbon wheels in the first two years after purchase, Bontrager will replace them free of charge.

This significant extension to Bontrager's existing Carbon Care Wheel Loyalty Program is effective immediately and applies to all Bontrager carbon wheels purchased within the last two years. The program covers all Bontrager carbon wheels that were either purchased as an aftermarket product or that were part of a newly purchased bike. There are no additional costs for the first-time buyer.

After these two years, the extended program also offers continued coverage to all first-time owners of Bontrager carbon wheels, regardless of their purchase date, in the form of substantial discounts on the repair or replacement of damaged carbon wheels.

This year, Bontrager surprised the industry with the introduction of an extensive range of high-quality carbon wheels at an extremely attractive price. The range includes the Line Pro 30 and Kovee Pro 30 MTB wheels (EUR 1099 / CHF 1398 RRP), the Aeolus Pro 3 and 5 road wheels (EUR 1299 / CHF 1568 RRP) and the Aeolus XXX road wheels (EUR 2399 / CHF 2898 RRP).
