Available: Mavic and Enve

The wheel specialists Mavic and Enve belong to the Finnish sports group Amer Sport, which also owns brands such as Salomon and Arc'teryx. Amer is currently not satisfied with the economic performance of Mavic and Enve and is therefore offering the brands for sale. Chinese investors are already showing interest.

As the American news agency Reuters reports, Mavic and Enve, among others, are under strategic review at Amer Sport. Amer bought Enve at the beginning of 2016 in the hope of achieving economies of scale and synergies with Mavic. The strategic review currently means that Amer is negotiating the sale of the Mavic and Enve brands. As the industry medium Velobiz reports, Chinese investors are interested in Mavic and Enve.
