Bike Kingdom brings its own tires to its people

Pirelli x Bike Kingdom Special Edition Reifen

The Italian tire manufacturer Pirelli and Bike Kingdom are launching a special edition of the Scorpion Race Enduro tire. The robust 29x2.5 inch tire is designed for mixed terrain and comes with its own branding and is now available in selected stores and via the Bike Kingdom app.

With the Bike Kingdom Special Edition, Pirelli is presenting an exclusive regional special edition of the Scorpion™ Race Enduro M. This underlines the brand's innovative strength and close ties with the mountain bike community. Roman Guhl, Brand Manager Pirelli at importer CHRIS sports, initiated the project and is delighted with its realization: "The fact that we, as a small Swiss company, are able to implement a Pirelli special edition makes us very proud. It is another milestone in our long-standing partnership with the Bike Kingdom and underlines our joint commitment to the sport of mountain biking." The tire in detail

The Scorpion™ Race Enduro line was developed around three years ago in collaboration with downhill legend Fabien Barell. Scorpion™ Race M is made for mixed terrain, from hard slopes to medium-soft, natural trail sections. It is designed for precise traction when braking and accelerating. The side knobs ensure maximum grip.

Thanks to the SmartEVO DH rubber compound, it offers excellent grip and precise control. The key element of SmartEVO DH is the combination of a super-soft high-performance compound (42 Shore A) for maximum grip and a cushioning underlayer for stability and perfect rolling characteristics. The two compounds work seamlessly together to give the rider a reactive, precise feel in extreme conditions. SmartEVO DH has been developed to maintain its behavior over a wide temperature range, from freezing temperatures to hot summer temperatures. The DualWALL carcass was designed for enduro racing. The double-layer carcass with 120 TPI is reinforced with a rubber insert in the bead area. The structure offers optimum puncture protection combined with low weight and ensures superior speeds. Perfect for enduro riders who need maximum performance and control on any terrain.
