The Performance Line CX Race Limited Edition is a further development of the sporty Performance Line CX. The special feature of the drive: the new Race mode offers energetic, direct support - with up to 400 percent of your own pedal power (Bosch Performance CX: 340 percent). E-mountain bikers can thus reach maximum support more quickly and can use it to its full potential up to an abrupt cut-off at 25 km/h.

Only those with a precise riding technique will be able to control the direct response and power of Race mode, according to Bosch in a press release The already familiar Extended Boost of eMTB mode has also been upgraded: The extra boost is extended once again in Race mode, making it even easier and more skillful to overcome stones, roots or steps. Race mode can also be adjusted in the eBike Flow app in terms of the level of support, dynamics, maximum speed and maximum torque.

At 2.75 kilograms, the new drive unit is the lightest drive in the entire Bosch portfolio. The new character of the Performance Line CX Race Limited Edition is also evident in its design: The magnesium housing has a graphite grey finish and stands out visually from other drive units thanks to the logo and accent colors.
