The Pivot Premier Lifetime Warranty applies to bikes sold on or after January 1, 2024, and provides the original owner with a lifetime warranty on the frame. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

To be eligible for the lifetime warranty, bikes must be registered within 30 days of purchase or by April 1, 2025, whichever is later. Bikes purchased and registered in 2024 are automatically eligible for the Lifetime Warranty. Unregistered bikes are covered by a three-year frame warranty, but registration unlocks all the benefits of lifetime protection.

Bearing Replacement Warranty Program

As part of Pivot Cycles' efforts to ensure longevity and performance, the company is offering lifetime bearing replacement for the frame joint. While Pivot's precision-engineered bearings are built to last, they want to ensure that mountain bikers can count on Pivot for free replacements in the rare event that they need to be replaced.

The Courtesy Bearing Replacement Program is not a guarantee. Labor costs associated with bearing replacement are the responsibility of the customer. However, the brand provides instructions and tools for correct replacement in the "Pivot Pro Garage".

"At Pivot Cycles, we are proud to introduce the Pivot Premium Lifetime Warranty. This program underscores our confidence in the exceptional quality of our bikes and our commitment to our riders," said Bryan Mason, President of Pivot Cycles. "With lifetime coverage and free bearing replacements, we ensure that every Pivot rider can enjoy rides with peace of mind knowing that we will support them for the life of their bike."

To ensure that their personal bike is covered by the Pivot Premier Lifetime Warranty and eligible for the goodwill bearing replacement program, Pivot owners must complete the registration process on the website.
