Liteville goes one better - "601 factory machine

A bike just like the developers ride it themselves: That's the idea behind the 601 enduro machine from Liteville, which is now also available as a complete bike and no longer exclusively as a frame kit. The construction of the 601 "factory machine" is definitely fun.

As part of the 10th anniversary of the 301 frame, Liteville presented the Edition models at Eurobike 2014: The frame was built as a complete bike in three variants and thus offered to the customer. Now Liteville is riding the course of becoming a bike manufacturer and is offering the 601 MK3 model, which is rich in suspension travel, fully equipped. The bike is advertised as being as light-footed uphill as an all-mountain bike and as fast downhill as a DH bike.

The Liteville 601 factory machine is said to be the ultimate super enduro weapon thanks to 190 millimetres of suspension travel, 180 millimetres of fork and a ready-to-ride weight of 13.55 kg (frame size M, including Syntace pedals). The geometry can be adjusted with just one screw on the frame or via the Vario Spin bearing shells in the headset. The W40 wheels from Syntace are also fitted with 2.5" Magic Marry tires from Schwalbe with a lightweight casing and VertStar (VR) or TrailStar (HR) compound, specially produced for Liteville.

At a price of CHF 6200 (price for kit bike without assembly), the 601 complete bikes will be available from Liteville dealers from the end of May 2015. A Reverb dropper post and Syntace Number Nine titanium pedals are also available as options.
