The popular all-mountain bike "Sight" from Canadian manufacturer Norco comes in a new edition with two wheel sizes: 27.5 and 29 inches with 140 and 150 and 130 and 140 millimetres of suspension travel respectively. Norco have also tweaked the geometry, which now promises even smoother running, and the "Gravity Tune" has also been implemented on the new Sight. The all-mountain bike has also undergone some visual changes.

Geometry

The Sight Carbon is Norco's answer to the demand for a modern all-mountain bike. The geometry of the new Sight is described as long and flat. The steering angle has been reduced to 66.5 degrees, compared to 67 degrees for the 29-inch version. Despite the smoother ride, the bike should remain very agile. The chainstays have been kept relatively short - but not for all frame sizes. Norco calls this "Gravity Tune" and means that the main frame and rear triangle become longer as the frame size increases. This ensures that the optimum body position and weight distribution on the bike is guaranteed for every body size.

Suspension

The A.R.T. rear suspension system, optimized for 140 to 150 millimetres of travel, should also provide plenty of propulsion on the new Sight with its drive-neutral properties. Nevertheless, it should be able to develop its full potential downhill. The 29-inch version of the Sight Carbon comes with 130 millimetres of rear travel and 140 millimetres of front travel. Basically, both versions should feel identical - whether large or small wheels, the customer should decide what suits their riding style.

Two times three models

Norco offers its new all-mountain play equipment in three model variants from the Sight C7.1 to C7.3 and from the C9.1 to C9.3. Each equipment variant comes in 27.5 and 29 inches, in sizes XS to XL and M to XL.
