Bikes from Bergstrom, a spin-off from Komenda, which also offers Cresta and Ibex bikes, have been available since 2016. With the ATV, Bergstrom launched a surprising E-Fully in the summer of 2017, with the flexible battery for mounting in the down tube standing out in particular. Bergstrom relies heavily on Brose drives, while the ATV is fitted with the Shimano E8000 unit.

The 36-year-old Rinderknecht now rolls under the Komenda umbrella as an ambassador for Bergstrom. Comedian Marco Rima is already an ambassador for the company. Rinderknecht is a highly decorated BMX and Four Cross athlete and is now an active businessman with the Skills Park in Winterthur. Rinderknecht will not only ride the Bergstrom bikes, but also develop them further. "I'm looking forward to contributing to product and brand development," says Rinderknecht about the new partnership.
