The two-room bike specialist Sputnik goes back to the Camping Sport Shop, which was founded by Godi Griessen, the father of the current store manager Patrick Griessen. From 1994, the Camping Sport Shop operated a branch in Lenk under the name Sputnik for three years - in December 2014, Sputnik will be back again: it will take over the Lenk specialist store Velosport Morger.

The Sputnik company announces: "Our mechanic, Mario Klopfenstein, a native of Lenk, will manage the branch and do his best there too. As in Zweisimmen, the brands Specialized, Scott, Flyer and Icebreaker are strongly represented. There is also the bike clothing brand Gore and electric bikes from Haibike."
