From 30 August to 1 September 2024, the Specialized Twins Women's Bike Fest will once again be celebrating a weekend full of trail fun and workshops all about mountain biking. Flims provides the perfect backdrop for this get-together of female mountain bikers, ensuring that both beginners and advanced riders get their money's worth during this camp. In addition to trail riding and skills coaching, the Bike Fest includes workshops tailored to women, bike testing opportunities from Specialized, a Women's Movie Night and, above all, a cosy get-together with like-minded people.

From punk to rock, from trail rides to screwdriver courses: The 12th Rock The Hill offers a full program for music fans, mountain bikers and party people. During the day, you can go banging on the 13 routes of the MTB Zone Bikepark Geisskopf or attend one of the riding technique and tinkering courses on offer. The MTB Expo offers the opportunity to hire or test mountain and e-bikes and equipment from various exhibitors.

Be active, clear your head and take on a new challenge - this is the motto of the Ladies Days events, which are once again inviting all sports enthusiasts to take time out together on the mountain this summer. As with the ski, freeride and cross-country skiing weekends in winter, you don't have to be a professional to take part in the Ladies Days events. Rather, they are aimed at all women who enjoy exercise and would like to try out a new sport or improve their skills. With trained coaches, women can try out new goals and limits in road cycling, mountain biking or trail running and can also admit weaknesses and blockages in women-only groups. The Mindful Ladies Days are on the program for the right mindset and more self-esteem. A psychologist helps to strengthen the mind and become more resilient in the great outdoors.

Cycle Week, the major event of Cycling Switzerland, came to a successful end this evening. From May 23 to 26, 85,000 visitors came to the country's largest hands-on cycling festival and experienced the whole world of bikes at the Europaallee and Brunau locations. Admission to the entire event was free for the first time, including the large test center in Brunau and the dirt jump contest. The organizers and exhibitors drew a positive balance.
