The base of the extraordinary camper is unspectacular: a Mercedes-Benz Unimog U5032, the six-cylinder engine purrs through the terrain with 400 hp. The Upper Bavarian company "Stone Offroad Design (SOD)" gives the robust off-road vehicle pretty much every gadget that makes a camper's heart beat faster.

The camper body as a whole is a custom-made product. The entire body can be uncoupled from the chassis and operated independently. From a technical point of view, the Rise has everything you need for your next expedition with the comfortable Plus: from the cable winch to the air conditioning, from the differential lock to the 300-liter petrol tank and the 550-liter water tank. From the shower with towel warmer to the separate dry toilet and underfloor heating to the lowerable floating bed. Of course, a fully equipped kitchen is also included.

The SOD RISE 4x4 is available in the 400 hp version for 900,000 euros (940,000 CHF). Not quite enough for Christmas, however, as the delivery date is set for June 2022.
